Minimum visit: 2 hours labor plus 2 hours travel.
Warranty service and new machine installation run Monday through Friday. Labor covered by the limited warranty is free during normal working hours; overtime bills at the difference between the standard and overtime rates. Saturday and Sunday warranty service bills at standard rates.
Hotels, airfare, and car rental at actual cost. Meals at per diem rates for your location.
