Seibu's high precision wire EDMs hold ±3 µm pitch accuracy across the work envelope. They are built for shops that need dimensional accuracy and surface finish to stay consistent through long unattended cuts, and they take wire down to 0.003 in (0.07 mm).
Specifications for the Seibu M75B are listed below in imperial and metric, both as published by Seibu America. It runs Seibu's Smart NC control with 5 controlled axes, 4 of them simultaneous, and a 0.01 µm least input increment. Seibu machines are sold and supported in Southern California by MASCO.
